Spacious office, remote work available.
After the pandemic, the company reached a nasty level of communication. Almost every engineer is jobless, forcing them to leave. There were lots and hell lots of lies from senior managers. They are playing a blame game, and government rules prohibit them from laying people off, so a new game has begun.
They just apply every soap drama method to make employees leave.
I left, and for good. Mental harassment is one word for it.
Frustrated engineers are running the company.
Some freshers are being taken into management.
Follow equal employment norms and live in the real world, not in a TV drama.
During my B.Tech, I had a basic interview where I was asked fundamental Java questions, including core concepts like OOPs. It was quite simple, but unfortunately, I lost the opportunity due to certain conditions.
It consists of three rounds. The first round is an easy aptitude test, the second round is the English round, and the third round is the HR round. It's easy to clear. CS students have a little more advantage in the aptitude test.
Campus Normal and easy. 1st round: Company shortlisted. 2nd round: MCQ and coding (gaming). 3rd round: Interview. Interview easy. Asked to print "hello world" in Python. Find odd and even numbers.
