- Leave policies.
- Late promotions; they also cancel promotions if you resign.
- Increments should be on the basis of performance.
- Promotions should be provided on the performance basis and should not be canceled because of resignation or any other reason.
Overall, it's a very good organization to work with in terms of learning and job stability.
