Good for those who want to stay on a long-term basis. Joining after 5-8 years or so is a good option.
Personally, I like working aggressively. So, it's okay. Management is slow and unaware of who should get what. I felt too much regionalism/caste issues. Lost a lot of good projects in dev.
Until you have it, don't flaunt it.
One such case: when joined as a fresher, my hike was missed. My N+1 is in some other city. The BIM SPOC has no idea that the entire batch joined, which has not been promoted, which is a default promotion. I had to go and remind them, and then we got the hike.
Lots of good, technically sharp resources have left just because of salary and these issues, which actually makes no sense. This is the time Capgemini needs senior resources (8+ years of experience). Lay off and hold on to 5-year-experienced, sharp resources. Just don't let them go.
HR team: Worst. Lay them off first.
During my B.Tech, I had a basic interview where I was asked fundamental Java questions, including core concepts like OOPs. It was quite simple, but unfortunately, I lost the opportunity due to certain conditions.
It consists of three rounds. The first round is an easy aptitude test, the second round is the English round, and the third round is the HR round. It's easy to clear. CS students have a little more advantage in the aptitude test.
Campus Normal and easy. 1st round: Company shortlisted. 2nd round: MCQ and coding (gaming). 3rd round: Interview. Interview easy. Asked to print "hello world" in Python. Find odd and even numbers.
