You will eventually realize - 18-36 months into your 5-year degree - that your compensation is nowhere near the average.
Pay increases are based on who you know, not what.
When you raise these concerns, nothing will be done.
Pay a bit more attention to the shouts of apprentices. If someone wants off a project, listen.
