The Capgemini interview process is tough. Each technical round should focus on technical questions and coding related to project requirements. For the HR discussion, be prepared for salary negotiation, as they know how to negotiate.

The interview mostly focused on technical topics and domain knowledge. The process was very smooth and there was good cooperation from the talent acquisition team. It was a quick process with prompt feedback. I received an offer and was onboarded.
