Quite easy to get recruited (perhaps too much given the displayed level of some).
Very nice premises in Lille.
CSE quite good.
Good training catalog.
Opportunity to evolve within the project.
Be careful about your base salary, getting a raise is like fighting a losing battle.
If you have a Bac+2 in IT, ask for at least 32k. For POE or career changers, the salary is similar (I don't understand why), but you can also ask for a minimum of 32k.
Bac+5 graduates start at 34k. In previous years, some started at 30k (difference observed over only 3 years apart).
In short, raises are too difficult to obtain and quite low in proportion to the company's profits.
Same for profit-sharing bonuses, ridiculously low given the results shown by the company.
Very high turnover due to the reasons mentioned above. The company recruits many juniors but loses many experienced people in return.
During my B.Tech, I had a basic interview where I was asked fundamental Java questions, including core concepts like OOPs. It was quite simple, but unfortunately, I lost the opportunity due to certain conditions.
It consists of three rounds. The first round is an easy aptitude test, the second round is the English round, and the third round is the HR round. It's easy to clear. CS students have a little more advantage in the aptitude test.
Campus Normal and easy. 1st round: Company shortlisted. 2nd round: MCQ and coding (gaming). 3rd round: Interview. Interview easy. Asked to print "hello world" in Python. Find odd and even numbers.
