Cons: Compensation is not up to the industry standard, less hikes, not good to work in client location.
Low quality of the facility and a highly commercial view towards the canteen and transport. Very poor on that front, using almost school buses for transport. The canteen is not proper; employees are dependent on stalls outside the company.
