If the customer/project is good, then it's good.
I work as a B2B contractor, and they don't care about helping me manage employment. I had problems during the first couple of months logging into the internal system to fill in data to get my salary.
They didn't try to help, and I had to write to my managers a bunch of times to be able to receive my compensation.
