The company's management regarding the internal worker leaves much to be desired. Unless you have been with the company for a while or are a new hire, in which case: tempus fugit. You may be lucky and you may not be given options for internal growth. Furthermore, the aim is to shirk responsibility for problems so that they do not reverberate internally or externally.
