Pros
  • Flexible (remote)
  • Various projects
  • Multiple locations in Paris
Cons
  • Ungrateful company.
  • No rewards for its employees, even if objectives are met.
  • Doesn't mind career evolution or salary increases.
  • Lies about career evolution or grade. Even if you manage to achieve all your objectives, there is no automatic evolution; you have to threaten to leave to get your promotion.
  • Huge parts of the profit (we're talking billions) are split among less than 16% of the employees.
  • If you don't feel good in a project (harassment), you cannot change; you have to wait about 4 or 5 months.
  • Constant monitoring when not in contract.
Advice to Management

For a service company, if you treat your developers like children, don't be surprised that most of them leave after a year.

To fix that, listen to them. When they do great work, give them the motivation to continue giving the best of themselves.
