Great and supportive management team
Specially when I joined Cox as a client at Capgemini, I got immense support from them when I was struggling with a bad health condition involving one of my family members. They allowed me to work from home (WFH) from my hometown for over 5 months and gave me full salary. I used to work at night as my client was from Atlanta. I just want to say thanks to Capgemini and my manager for everything they did.
Few clients are not good, like Disney at Capgemini. They just have a big name.
