It all depends on the project you get. Luckily, I got into one of the top revenue-giving projects for Capgemini, so I was able to learn and grow as a professional.
The salary hike is very less when compared to equivalent companies. All you can ask for is a good salary when you get into this company. Thereafter, unless you are a TL, Manager, or at a top post, chances are less of getting a double-digit hike.
