The bench period is high, and we don't get the opportunity to gain practical knowledge of new technologies. They didn't provide a single bonus or any party in most of the projects. During lockdown until now, they haven't provided any allowance for electricity and internet.
Please think for the employees who work under you. Please provide necessary allowances and appreciate them whenever required.
