Not too good for starting your career
It is a very good place to work when you are established in your career, as the projects are very good and there are lots of opportunities to work onsite.
It's not good for learning things. Me being a fresher, it was very hard to get a grasp of things at first. I would not recommend it as a starting company.
Trust freshers and start giving some work to them.
