After training, you may have to sit on the bench until you go and talk to HR.
I luckily got an opportunity to work on Salesforce.
People are very supportive.
Hike only 3-8%.
People from non-IT backgrounds get an opportunity to work on development projects.
All those from IT backgrounds get support projects to start with.
CG should take this into account seriously.
