Worst appraisal/promotion cycle. They take away the promotion/appraisal if you are in a notice period, which is 3 months. You cannot change your technology field because the internal system won't let you, despite assurances. There is no work-life balance, and it won't help you even if you have health issues. If you are a fresher, you will be thrown into any technology stack where you have to work for 18 months before changing it.
It was an aptitude test. If you passed this test, then an interview would be scheduled. The interview was easy. Just having basic data structures and any programming language is enough to crack it.
