Pros

Corporate level environment. Less work pressure. Good for the initial 2 to 3 years. If you get good projects, then it's good for you, and it totally depends on your luck.

Cons

Sometimes you have to face a bench position, which is not good for your career growth initially. You are supposed to work for your business unit and for whichever technology they have given to you. You can't change the inbuilt structure of the unit in terms of technology. Sometimes they are hiring for only support projects, which can result in a data entry project. They are giving training on a different technology and making you work in another one.

Advice to Management

Hire and train your resources in a domain and technology which you require and for which you have the projects.
