Got more negatives than positives as a fresher
My first company offered very good trainings. The management is good, but slow in progress. It can be confusing, as there are sometimes feelings of a lack of interest.
Fresher salaries and increments are not good. I have seen good talent not get retained, and good talent even wasted here at Capgemini.
For the value of a project, avoid keeping proactive employees in vague work.
