Not good for freshers looking for good work experience of their choice
Work environment is nice, people are friendly. Financial help for certifications is given. Good in social works. Offices are modern.
Not good company for a fresher, both salary-wise as well as for experience in the IT field.
Have to be on the bench for longer than other companies.
Please review the resumes of employees and assign projects according to their interests. At least give a chance for a fresher to join the BU of his choice.
