Capgemini support and give me flexibility for my work.
I think Capgemini didn't respect the talent.
I'm working for the last 1.7 years in Capgemini. They consider my profile as a fresher.
Currently, I'm in the product team and handling two solutions. I'm a full-stack developer (Analyst position) and last month I submitted my resignation because of my low package (2.5 LPA). I have overall 3 years of experience, but they didn't consider that, and they didn't retain me.
Also, my director told me that cost-cutting is happening, so they can't retain me.
If we see, there are many people on the bench who are getting salaries without work, but working people are not allowed to get a better package in spite of having talent and required skills.
I am an Associate Consultant, and my replacement is a Consultant, so definitely his package will be more than my current package. It seems that whatever my director told me about cost-cutting is not correct.
So, either the director was forced to lie, or the company's honesty level is zero.
I don't have a problem with the company, but this type of communication and behavior always creates a bad impression for the company.
