Since it is an MNC, the work environment is really great. Everybody is very professional, and the best part is during appraisal, you even get to rate your manager! So it's both ways.
I love the management. There's always someone higher to report an issue to, and actions are always taken (if you know the hierarchy).
Any BU, except for Apps 2 BU, has really great projects.
It is very hard to know your HR. A piece of advice: you need to check the page when resignation forms are submitted. That's where the names of YOUR HRs will be written.
For a fresher, it's not a great place because they do not give you much chance to learn.
Pay raises are very low.
You need to make it clear to freshers who their HRs are, and also let employees decide what kind of project they are looking for. That way, employees won't be disappointed and won't tend to leave the job very soon.
