Now coming to the main point, i.e., work environment. In a big MNC like Capgemini, if you are a fresher, everything depends upon your luck. If you get a good project, you'll learn a lot; otherwise, nothing. You'll be editing Excel sheets.

Please utilize your employees properly.

Those who can develop software, please don't make them edit Excel sheets or PPT slides. For those who don't want to develop code or can't, please don't make them do that.

It affects productivity and the work environment.
