It has a good chunk of people where you will learn a lot. You will be able to coordinate your ideas, and the peer employees will listen.
The perks and compensation are very less. Cost cutting is what they prefer, and in India, the culture is the worst.
Take care of your employees more. You say people matter to you, but freshers from college are also people. There is no one in the company to look at them after their training is finished. We literally roamed around the office vending coffee.
