Nice place to work for a fresher
Capgemini has a nice working culture. Work-life balance is fantastic. Usually, there is not much pressure, and the work assigned can be easily completed within the deadline. Capgemini is a nice place to start as a fresher, as one gets ample time to adjust to the work culture. Also, the management is lenient towards freshers.
The review and appraisal policy needs to be improved.
