Pros are none.
It was just like working for any public sector firm, where there's no pressure and no dedication in the senior employees. After the merger with Igate, they lost all the good senior employees due to a loss in business and expansion.
People here are just working for their survival with no futuristic aim.
No appraisal.
No on-site opportunity.
If you are a fresher, don't join this firm as it will ruin your career.
For testers, it's a good firm.
The HR department here is very lazy and unprofessional. They don't reply to your emails, nor do they listen to the queries or problems faced by the employees during work.
Nobody here knows about the policy, as the policy keeps changing on a daily basis.
