Le tech lead de mon premier projet n'est pas une bonne personne. Mais il y a des exceptions. L'intégration des femmes, surtout pour le dev, est très faible. L'évolution salariale est très mauvaise.
Bien guider les premiers arrivés, surtout côté techno et projet.
