Le tech lead de mon premier projet n'est pas une bonne personne. Mais il y a des exceptions. L'intégration des femmes, surtout pour le dev, est très faible. L'évolution salariale est très mauvaise.
Bien guider les premiers arrivés, surtout côté techno et projet.

The interview process consists of the written round, then the technical and managerial rounds. The written round is difficult compared to the other rounds. The managerial round is the easiest, while the technical round is more about logical thinking.

The interview panel was not good. They purposely asked questions to provoke. When a question was answered, they would give a weird expression and laugh to the co-panel member to provoke you. I don't know why this is needed in a technical interview.
