Although there are so many platforms to keep our point of view, freshers should still be treated well. They should be mapped to projects where seniors are ready to help. Domain mapping, which happens initially, should be improved. I've personally seen people with non-programming backgrounds mapped to dev projects, and people who have good programming knowledge doing manual work. This should improve a bit.
The overall interview was good. They were mainly focused on OOPs concepts. They asked me about my college major project as being a fresher. Also, a few questions about computer fundamentals subjects like DBMS, CN, and cloud computing.
