Great work environment. Awesome learning experience. One certificate a year is really great for people who want to upskill themselves. People work with full dedication and honesty, which motivates me personally.
Long wait time for getting mapped into projects.
Little bit of office politics.
Some managers don't help juniors.
Although there are so many platforms to keep our point of view, freshers should still be treated well. They should be mapped to projects where seniors are ready to help. Domain mapping, which happens initially, should be improved. I've personally seen people with non-programming backgrounds mapped to dev projects, and people who have good programming knowledge doing manual work. This should improve a bit.
