IT graduates from B.Tech/B.E. have fewer greenfield projects to develop and innovate.
Non-financial side employees need to pay bond money if they leave before 2 years, mainly campus hires from Tier 3 colleges.
Don't apply bonds to college recruits because if they need to rejoin another company during that time period, the money they pay is equivalent to the money they earned from you. There's no value for their work.
