Long bench period with no updates on project availability. Less growth for a fresher developer. Average pay.
The people on the bench don't get the opportunity to apply for projects directly, even though we have a job portal. The bench period should be as low as possible. Let people learn what they want and don't force them to learn the tech you want them to learn.
