Get salary on time. Good building and infrastructure. Good policy, but people don't follow it.
Higher managers don't listen to juniors, and there are no learning opportunities. My manager was very rude and unprofessional.
Freshers struggle to get projects. Some of them sit on the bench for more than a year.
