Get salary on time. Good building and infrastructure. Good policy, but people don't follow it.
Higher managers don't listen to juniors, and there are no learning opportunities. My manager was very rude and unprofessional.
Freshers struggle to get projects. Some of them sit on the bench for more than a year.
Projects are also not great.
Exit clearance is the worst. There is no reply from people. They delay it until LWD.
Improve higher management. And don't hire people if you don't need them, just to fill bench count.
Don't try making it as government jobs.
