Pros

The Pros aren't that much of Pros.

  1. Only 5 days a week (Industry Standard)
  2. Will be able to give Microsoft-based certifications for no cost.

And that's it.

Cons

When you join Capgemini, especially as a fresher, you have to be the luckiest person to get things done for yourself. Otherwise, you'll end up on the bench for a long period of time for no reason at all.

  • No project calls.
  • No tagging after getting into a project for at least 3-4 months, and sometimes people don't get tagged at all and end up switching projects.
  • No benefits; even the ones you are entitled to aren't given to you.
  • Cannot keep your points in front of HR, RMG, or any high-level management person because they are not ready to talk to you.
  • Low-level salary.
Advice to Management

Start respecting the people that work for you, and especially the freshers. You don't pay them enough, so at least start giving credit where credit is due.

Start tagging freshers to the project once they get a project. We know we are tagged on the client-side, so the org is getting money tagged to us. God knows where that goes.
