Pros

Large company with a lot of various teams in which you could look at moving.

Cons

Progression takes long. Often, juniors join on a salary which outweighs people who have been working in the company for years, and the pay increase is very minimal. I doubled my salary when I left because I was severely underpaid for my skillset.

Advice to Management

Review your salaries as part of the market.
