- 99% healthy atmosphere (Little / no racism, misogyny, or any other seriously problematic behavior on the Aix-en-Provence site).
- Work flexibility (3-4 days remote work).
- Local management is attentive and understanding (with limited access. More global management is not at all attentive / responsive).
- Moderately interesting projects.
- Salary not indecent, but a bargain.
- Culture of extra effort (understand: outside working hours) to be at the top of the pile and get a meager raise or consideration.
- It's a management consulting firm before engineers; technical recognition is difficult.
