Not many pros; you either get a good account or you don’t. Decent starting salary, work experience, and training.
I was initially hired for one account. Then, two days before starting, I was taken out and put into another team for Backend Development, but it was IT Support, which is not what I signed up for. My account had night shifts and morning shifts.
No promotions, raises, or significant bonuses, stock options, or anything.
If you get a bad account, you will learn absolutely nothing, and there’s very little for you to learn.
