- Not so competitive salaries due to a bad market.
- Looks great on paper, with no implementations.
- Offices look great but are not designed to be productive. They are for show, not for work.
- Teams are for namesake, with no real purposes for their teams.
- Doesn’t feel like an actual employee at the client and doesn’t feel like an employee at the office as well because I don’t actually do Capgemini’s work.
Focus on employees and business as well, not just shareholders.
