The 3.7-star rating for this company seems very suspicious to me, especially when everyone you ask has a bad impression of it.
Low salaries, lack of raises, managers who don't care about you and will never seek your comfort.
The projects are not usually interesting projects with innovative technologies that provide useful knowledge. They are usually projects that really don't need more people.
This is an opinion my colleagues shared. Being a large consultancy, I would expect something else perhaps, but the people in charge are totally apathetic and will not listen to your requests.
