Good work-life balance, great opportunities to learn and grow, good infrastructure and environment. Everything is good.
Location allocation for freshers is not quite well. It is according to business requirements, they mentioned, but mostly South Indians to North India and North Indians to South India transfers are making them face many problems, especially for girls. I think the relocation policy can be changed. After training of 3 to 6 months, they need to give auto location allocation for their preferred locations. Except this, everything is good. Thank you.
No need to advise; the management is perfect. Only the relocation policy for freshers needs to be changed.
During my B.Tech, I had a basic interview where I was asked fundamental Java questions, including core concepts like OOPs. It was quite simple, but unfortunately, I lost the opportunity due to certain conditions.
It consists of three rounds. The first round is an easy aptitude test, the second round is the English round, and the third round is the HR round. It's easy to clear. CS students have a little more advantage in the aptitude test.
Campus Normal and easy. 1st round: Company shortlisted. 2nd round: MCQ and coding (gaming). 3rd round: Interview. Interview easy. Asked to print "hello world" in Python. Find odd and even numbers.
