Salary is average. Very good colleagues. A very good company to begin a career.
Evolution is very slow, almost non-existent.
Very bad management, especially when business is not going very well.
Absolutely no training in 4 years!
Stop treating your colleagues as "meat" to staff in a project. Remember that they are high-profile people and that they will be demotivated if they are not satisfied with their job.
