My selection process consists of three rounds: an online assessment, a communication round, and a combined technical and HR interview. The entire process was smooth, and I was selected.

The interview process was virtual and good. The interviewer asked questions mostly from the resume, and a few basic questions from the technology mentioned on the resume. Additionally, the interviewer asked the candidate to perform a SWOT analysis.

Normally, in the first round, Capgemini will ask you about your project and a few technical questions. The second round will be with the client for the project you are going to be assigned to. They will check your technical skills and other project-
