Pros
  1. Best place for freshers to start their new journey in corporate.
Cons
  1. People are not informative for freshers. (Seniors do not provide full information)

  2. During joining, HR sends emails to accept the offer and expects a reply within 30 minutes, which is very little time for a fresher.

  3. No permanent work from home. (Hybrid mode is like work from office because employees are thousands of kilometers away from home, so they cannot visit home and have to work from their rooms).

  4. Some employees are from villages where Wi-Fi is not available. They have to use mobile hotspots and cannot claim expenses for that.

Advice to Management
  1. Work From Home should be permanent. (In case of a company visit, they can visit the nearest Capgemini office from their home location).

If work from office: 2. Set such plans or algorithms that employees get projects around their home location.

  1. Add some types of leaves (If work from office).

  2. We employees are ready to get our salary one or two thousand less but provide us with the Work From Home option permanently.

  3. Work From Home will help people looking after their family, parents, and children. Also, female employees can avoid long maternity leaves.
