Don't join being a fresher.
They will place you anywhere where the need is there, it doesn't matter from which background you are, or even what you have done during your 3 months FLP.
In my case, I didn't even have the FLP. I just onboarded into the project after 15 days of my joining.
Salary is quite low. You will get your first hike in July 2017, since February 1, 2016, as a fresher.
Change the people who have been sitting here for decades. Bring in good people.
