I willingly worked with multiple Business Units: ID Mkt Services COEs, ID Cloud Data Platform, ID Data Validation, and FS I&D (North America teams), including Invent. Managers, senior managers, VPs, and Directors supported and offered me multiple opportunities based on my skills and interests, which made my two years of journey remarkable. I can cherish this throughout my career journey.
Overall, CG is a good place to work. However, as I was in FSSBU, which was the worst part, there was poor management, no support or growth, no learning opportunities, no benefits, and less recognition compared to other Business Units. Additionally, they don't allow changes to Business Units, especially if you have less years of experience.
