Pros

i) Most employees are experienced developers. ii) As a fresher, you will get the opportunity to work among experienced individuals. iii) Work pressure depends on your manager; for me, it was manageable. If you are on the bench, you will have none. iv) You will get a lot of free time, believe me, I got a lot. v) Talking about leaves, it again depends on your manager. If you are on the bench, it depends on your supervisor. Generally, you won't have any problems regarding that. If you get sick, you can take leaves without any issues. vi) For recreation, there are good places like a playground, canteen, and etc. You will never get bored.

Cons

i) People don't get into projects after finishing their training. ii) Some wait like a year to get a project. The management should take a look into that. iv) Salary hikes are not that good, frankly speaking, not good at all. Bonuses are also not good.

Advice to Management

Really work on your bench managers. A lot of people are still on the bench.
