HR and managers are quite lethargic; they rarely respond to queries over mail or MS Teams chat and don't even lift calls during emergency situations. This is construed as being ignorant and indifferent towards fresher employees.
Poor pay for freshers.
Long bench periods. I've been on the bench for like 6 months now and might be anticipating a layoff. Apparently, the so-called organization well-versed with the latest tech and good projects doesn't translate well into employees getting tagged to relevant projects.
They have not kept WFH as an option. I would have been more comfortable in this mode.
Please be elaborative in responding to queries and stop giving one-word or no replies. Take some interest.
Hire employees if there is a project under your belt where you can utilize your workforce. Long bench periods are just frustrating for employees and degrade motivation.
