Pros:
Overall, Capgemini is good to join as a fresher as well as an experienced candidate.
But if you are joining as a fresher, getting a good project is a big concern. It is also based on location and the availability of projects in that location. Capgemini Bangalore is good to go at first place in terms of project and growth. If you are lucky enough to get a project as a fresher, then in general, it is good.
In terms of workload, there is no such pressure. Also, it depends on project to project.

Also, getting a project based on your training is hard to get. Capgemini themselves put you into different domains and projects, irrespective of your interest.
