Still using some of the old technologies. Employees are not a high priority, especially freshers. Unfriendly managers. Not many projects and long bench periods. Employee work preferences, like work location and technology domains, are not taken into consideration. Low salary for freshers.
Talent acquisition must be taken seriously, and a proper analysis needs to be done on each candidate to measure their caliber. Do not put everyone into the same basket.
If a Capgemini branch exists in a certain location, try to hire people from that locality. Don't simply relocate people and exchange populations in the name of "business requirement". (I still don't understand this weird management strategy).
