Exposure you can get here.
Can't tell, as I am a fresher myself.
I gave an interview in 2019 as a fresher. The manageable rounds were for full-stack employment, and it's easier for walk-in interviews in colleges. After my graduation, they gave me the offer letter.
There were three rounds. The first round was a written round, which consisted of questions related to aptitude, English, etc. The second round was a technical round, and the third was an HR round.
After clearing the online exam, I was selected for the TR interview, which was more like an HR interview. I didn't receive any feedback after the interview. Capgemini has a terrible interview process.
