Overall, the onboarding process was smooth. The onboarding team was helpful and friendly, which helped reduce first-day nervousness. They provided a virtual tour of the company and introduced us to the company's policies, work ethics, and other extracurricular activities.
There is a lot of information shared on the first day, which can feel overwhelming.
