In my previous account, they had good projects and enough resources to support. In the Discover account, they are always out of budget to hire new resources and do not have good projects to work on.

Cons

Managers should help employees achieve their aspirational skills.

Advice to Management

My manager at Discover does not understand my aspirations and goals. I feel I was put in place just to fill a client requirement. This needs to be improved from the management side.
